Research: Caselaw Summaries
Where can you go to learn about other cases with similar fact patterns to yours, what arguments the attorney made, and what the results were?

Where can you go to find support for a proposition that would show the ALJ or federal district court that your client is disabled?

Where can you go to find general trends in particular district or circuit courts?

The NOSSCR Case Summaries on CD!

We have summarized all reported Social Security and SSI cases decided by the federal District Courts, the Circuit Courts of Appeal, and the U.S. Supreme Court since 1990. The summaries are divided into over 80 topics, which are listed below.

You can purchase all of the topics within one circuit.

This will show you how the courts in your circuit have been deciding Social Security disability cases. You can see which arguments have been most successful before your judges, and how the courts view certain types of claims. You will know which cases have been issued as Acquiescence Rulings for your circuit. Decisions from the U.S. Supreme Court will be included with each circuit order.

You can purchase the decisions of all circuits on one topic or multiple topics.

This will show you how courts across the country are deciding particular issues. If no court in your area has ruled on your issue, you can see what has been successful in other areas. You can see if your circuit is in agreement with others, or if your courts are more or less liberal than others.

You can purchase all of the summaries from all circuits.

This will show you everything.
