Attorney or EDPNA

The Law Firm of Alex Dell, PLLC is seeking an attorney or an EDPNA to join our Firm’s Social Security Disability Department and represent clients in connection with their applications for Social Security Disability Insurance and Supplemental Security Income.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a driving passion to serve disabled clients with a professional and compassionate approach. Our attorneys have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to promptly handle all clients’ needs, providing personal attention at every stage.

The position requires all aspects of case management and representation throughout the entire claim process, including extensive client contact and frequent appearances at administrative hearings. Our attorneys/hearing representatives are expected to establish priorities, work independently and as a team, and proceed with objectives with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Licensed attorney or EDPNA in good standing
• Strong, clear and concise writing skills
• Social Security Disability experience (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Windows, Microsoft Outlook
• Ability to handle large caseloads and work closely with other attorneys, paralegals and staff members
