Disability Help Group is one of the nation’s premier disability advocacy companies.  We are based in Plantation, Florida.  Our disability advocacy group represents thousands of disabled individuals before the Social Security Administration and the Department of Veterans Affairs.

We are currently hiring Social Security disability advocates nationwide. We encourage experienced attorneys and non attorney representatives to apply. Preference may be given to certain locations during the hiring process, but we encourage any disability attorneys looking to join our company to apply regardless of location.  We want to best possible candidate to join our team.

The position will be a work from home position, except that if Social Security returns to in-person hearings, there may be the requirement to attend disability hearings within a reasonable distance of the home office. Travel opportunities outside this home territory may be available but will not be a required component of employment.

Responsibilities

• Advising clients at all stages of the disability process.
• Preparing and presenting Social Security disability hearings.
• Appellate work.

Qualifications Required

• Prior Social Security disability hearing experience.  We are looking for an advocate to step right into coverage in the aforementioned areas.  Consequently, prior disability experience is required.
• We are hiring advocates that reside in the states of Florida, Nevada, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, New Jersey, Michigan, Illinois, Hawaii, Pennsylvania, Texas, Indiana, New York
