Nationally-established law firm that focuses exclusively on handling Social Security disability claims is seeking a full-time briefer for our federal court work. The ideal candidate would be someone with prior OGC experience or, though less preferable, OHO/AC experience. The other alternative is a recent law school graduate with strong writing skills and some previous experience with disability or briefing with respect to a regulatory context. Training provided. Work will be done remotely so candidates can be in any location.
