The Law Offices of Martin, Jones, & Piemonte, a national leader in representing the disabled, is seeking an energetic and personable Social Security disability intake specialist for our North Carolina and Georgia offices. The position can be based in our Charlotte, NC office or our Decatur, GA office or done remotely. This person will be the initial point of contact for all potential clients. Our firm is looking for someone who wants to learn the Social Security disability process, help sick and disabled people in need, exceed expectations, and who wants to be part of an excellent team.
The ideal candidate should have great customer service skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, the ability to work efficiently and independently, be a good team member, and the ability to resolve client issues in a professional manner.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: screening prospective new clients, entering new client information into our client database, responding to inquiry emails from online submissions, assisting prospective clients with intake paperwork, follow-up with potential clients, scheduling consultation appointments, managing and submitting intake spreadsheets for informational purposes, requesting medical records, and other duties as assigned.
