National Disability Alliance, LLC is hiring a self-motivated Project Manager with experience managing multiple projects involved in the development, deployment, and support of Salesforce solutions. The successful candidate will be expected to manager and deliver multiple simultaneous projects on time and within scope and will need to coordinate and direct the work of key team members thorough effective project planning and management, issues resolution, compatibility and risk identification, and effective communication.

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Minimum 3 years prior project manager experience required; Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Salesforce Administrator Certification and PMP Certification is preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and comprehend complex instructions and technical data. Ability to write comprehensive correspondence. Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to other employees of the organization. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate and interpret large quantities of statistical data. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry.
REASONING ABILITY
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several variables in varying situations.
OTHER SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Strong attention to detail in high-pressure situations. Familiarity with time management principles. Strong MS Office skills. Solid understanding of business practices with fundamental understanding of project management methodology. Salesforce CRM experience is strongly preferred. Familiarity with other CRM programs will be considered. Adequate knowledge of data collection methods is necessary. Experience with process improvement theories and practices is required. AGILE methodology experience is strongly preferred.
