As Interim CEO of NOSSCR, Jennifer is dedicated to ensuring members receive top-tier legal education, clear and consistent communications, practical publications that strengthen their practices, and meaningful networking opportunities that foster collaboration and mentorship.

Jennifer has devoted her career to Social Security disability law, spending 14 years as a claimants’ representative before joining NOSSCR. Since coming to the organization, she has served as Senior Counsel and Director of Legal Information, later advancing to Chief Counsel for Legal Education & Disability Law.

In her leadership role, Jennifer works directly with the Social Security Administration on NOSSCR’s behalf, oversees the organization’s continuing legal education programming, and serves as a trusted legal resource for members nationwide. She is also the Editor-in-Chief of NOSSCR’s monthly Forum publication.

She has given multiple presentations on the practice of Social Security disability law, including “The Social Security Survival Guide for New Advocates,” “SSA Updates Unpacked: Trends, Changes, & Takeaways,” and “Practical Pointers for Your Practice.”

Jennifer proudly serves as a Co-Chair on the Consortium for Constituents with Disabilities’ Social Security Task Force, she is a member of the prestigious National Academy of Social Insurance, and she is a recipient of the Eileen P. Sweeney Distinguished Service Award.

Jennifer received her B.A. from Ithaca College, her J.D. from The Catholic University of America’s Columbus School of Law, and she is admitted to practice law in Maryland and Washington, D.C.
