Growing Social Security and Veteran’s Disability practice is seeking full time associate to attend hearings, prepare clients, draft briefs for ALJs, appeals council, and Federal Court. You will be the main point of contact for clients from the hearing stage and beyond.
The ideal candidate brings Federal Court experience or experience in VA disability, however, no experience is required, training will be provided for the right candidate.
Location is in person in Evansville, IN, however remote or hybrid work is possible for a person located within our geographic practice area (Midwest to southeast US).
