Position:
We are seeking a full-time Associate Attorney to join our team in Dallas, Texas. You will
work directly with clients, preparing them for hearings before SSA ALJs, and
representing them at various stages of the appeals process. The role involves
managing a caseload of ongoing cases and attending 15 to 25 (or more) hearings per
month, including live, phone, and video hearings. Occasional travel is required.
Requirements:
- 0 to 5 years of experience representing Social Security Disability claimants.
Attorneys with more experience may also be considered. - Juris Doctorate from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar, or willing to seek a Texas
license. If not licensed in Texas, must hold a license in another state or the
District of Columbia.

Compensation and Benefits:
- Competitive salary range: $60,000 to $85,000, based on experience.
