Growing Social Security and Veteran’s Practice seeking a full time attorney to attend hearings with ALJs, manage caseload, file appeal council briefs, and draft complaint for Federal Court.
The successful candidate will be the main point of contact from the hearing stage and beyond. Successful experience at the FDC level is highly desired.
Pay will be base + an opportunity for bonuses based on successful outcomes. Will also consider alternative arrangements or attorneys seeking to grow their own practice.
