Representative (EDPNA or attorney) needed for firm in Philadelphia PA area that focuses exclusively on Social Security disability. At least 2 to 3 years of experience is required, with a focus on handling cases at the hearing level. The job is part time but could be full time for the right person. We offer great flexibility with hours and workflow. The job is work from home, but some travel to in-person hearings in the Northeast is required. Therefore, candidates must be located in the Philadelphia/southern New Jersey greater metro area. Bilingual candidates (Spanish) strongly preferred.
