Social Security Disability Attorney

Roeschke Law, LLC is a dedicated Social Security Disability law firm handling cases in all states, but primarily throughout the Southwest (Arizona, Nevada, New Mexico, California, Utah). We are looking for an experienced attorney to work as an associate attorney in our hearings department.

Job Description

• prepare clients for administrative hearings;
• advocate for clients at administrative hearings; and
• write administrative appeals to the Appeals Council.

These responsibilities require strong organizational skills, communication skills, and legal analysis. This position will also include screening potential clients to determine eligibility and whether to engage in representation.

THIS POSITION CAN BE PERFORMED REMOTELY.

Qualifications

• Active attorney license in any Jurisdiction (required).
• Strong writing skills (required).
• Strong organizational skills (required).
• The ability to handle a high volume of work proficiently (required).
• A background in Social Security Disability law or appellate work.
• Desired Experience: 1 to 3 years.

Compensation

This position is salaried. Salary will be based on the applicant’s experience in Social Security disability law. Roeschke Law pays competitive wages based on similar positions.
