Social Security Disability Attorney

For over 12 years, Disability Attorney Services LLC. A Social Security Law firm based in Charlotte, NC with a Nationwide client base has been defending the rights of disabled people. Our firm helps hardworking people get the benefits they rightfully deserve.

Responsibilities

• Represent clients at hearings.
• Evaluate cases for approval.
• Effectively communicate with claimants, SSA, and other government agencies.
• Keep abreast of Social Security Program Changes; knowledgeable of industry trends and news.
• Assist team members with technical questions and participate in the development of their Social Security disability knowledge.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.

Requirements

• Prior Social Security disability hearing experience. We are looking for an advocate to step right into hearings. Consequently, prior disability hearing experience is required.
• Demonstrated proficiency with Outlook, Excel and Word and preferably Prevail Case Management Software.
• Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with Prevail Software is a plus.

THIS CAN BE A REMOTE POSITION with opportunity for advancement based on performance as well as a bonus program if certain performance based criteria are met. Starting salary is $75,000 – $110,000 as well as a health Insurance Stipend.
