Social Security Hearing Attorney

Job Summary:

Our firm has an opening for an Attorney to join our Social Security Hearing Level Practice Group. A candidate must have a strong commitment to disability rights and would like to represent claimants in their applications for Social Security Disability and/or SSI.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Pre-hearing development of claimants files
• Conducting client pre-hearing interviews
• Seeking and reviewing medical evidence
• Hearing preparation
• Drafting hearing briefs
• Appearing at administrative hearings and clearing any post hearing issues

Qualifications:

• Admitted to practice law in at least one jurisdiction.
• We are willing to provide all training

Job Type:

Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
