Law practice with 350 to 450 hearings annually handled by one lawyer and 18 staff in 3 locations; looking to slow down and have someone help out as main lawyer gradually takes back seat over next decade. Re applicants, ALJ leaving the agency a plus; lawyers with hearing experience a necessity. No non-JD, non-licensed lawyers please.
