Social Security Legal Brief Writer

Looking for an experienced individual who is well-versed in Social Security law to write an array of documents needed for the processing of claims (mostly pre-hearing memorandums, OTRs, occasional Appeals Council contentions, letters, etc.). Payment is commensurate with experience. Willing to pay per brief/document depending on size and complexity which is to be discussed during with a qualified individual. If we find someone for the right fit, it could turn into a FT position with benefits.

We kindly require at least 2 redacted examples of previously drafted SSA correspondence (briefs, memos, contentions, etc.) for review prior to scheduling an interview.
