Social Security Disability Attorney (Remote)

Job Description:

We seek an experienced disability attorney to represent clients in Social Security Disability Insurance (SSDI) claims, conducting remote hearings with Administrative Law Judges (ALJs) nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of SSDI claims
  • Review the Exhibit File and prepare clients for remote hearings
  • Represent clients during video conference hearings with ALJs
  • Analyze medical records and gather supporting evidence
  • Develop case strategies and arguments
  • Submit written briefs and other required documentation
  • Communicate case status and outcomes to clients
  • Stay current on Social Security Administration regulations and policies

Requirements:

  • J.D. from an accredited law school
  • Active bar membership in good standing
  • 3+ years of experience in Social Security disability law
  • Proficiency in video conferencing and digital case management tools
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
