Betsy Osborn

As Government Relations Director, Betsy Osborn works to promote NOSSCR’s legislative priorities and strengthen NOSSCR’s relationships with state and federal government officials. Betsy brings extensive experience in government affairs, having helped corporations, coalitions, non-profit groups and associations advance their interests with Members of Congress, Federal agencies, and other key policy stakeholders. Most recently, Betsy worked for United Spinal Association advocating for wheelchair users, including veterans with disabilities. Betsy began her career on Capitol Hill as a legislative aide to Congressman Ike Skelton (D-MO) handling, among other things, Social Security policy.
