If you haven’t been paid an approved representative fee and routine follow-up with the Payment Center and Field Office hasn’t worked, the first step is to contact your Regional Communications Director (RCD). If you don’t receive timely and meaningful assistance from your RCD, and 9 months have passed since the fee was authorized, NOSSCR may be able to help.
