Cancellations and Refund Policy

Refunds
  • Within 30 days of purchase: Attendees who cancel their registration within 30 days of the original payment date are entitled to a full refund.
  • Within 30 days of the conference: Attendees who cancel their registration within 30 days of the conference start date are entitled to a 25% refund.
  • Extenuating Circumstances: Attendees may be eligible for a full refund if cancellation is due to serious health issues, family emergencies, or accidents.

  • Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Processing times for refunds may vary.
  • This policy applies to conference registration fees only. It does not apply to optional events, workshops, or other purchases.
Transfers
Attendees may transfer between in-person and virtual registration options for a fee of $200. Only one transfer per registrant is permitted. To request a transfer, please contact nosscr@nosscr.org. Transfers within ten days of the start of the event will not be accommodated absent an extenuating circumstance.

  • This transfer policy applies specifically to changes between in-person and virtual attendance.
  • Standard cancellation policies apply for complete withdrawal from the conference.
