CLE Information
Attendees will be able to earn up to 13 total continuing legal education credits, including 1.2 ethics credits. Attendees barred in 50-minute CLE credit hour states will be able to earn up to 16.2 credit hours, including 1.2 ethics credits. The total number of CLE credits available is subject to approval by each state’s MCLE boards.

Reporting
Please note that in order for your CLE credit hours to be reported before the end of the 2024 calendar year, your post work for the Virtual Conference must be completed by 6pm on December 17th 2024. If your compliance period ends on December 31st, you must submit your post work on December 17th. If post work is submitted after that date, your CLE credit hours will be reported in January 2025. If no post work is submitted, your CLE credit hours will not be reported.
For attendees who wish to have their CLE credit hours reported to the Arkansas Supreme court, you must fill out, sign and return a certificate of attendance to alyssa.pimentel@nosscr.org by December 17th at 6pm. A certificate of attendance for Arkansas attorneys can be found here.
New Jersey and Virginia attorneys should contact alyssa.pimentel@nosscr.org to receive state specific certificates of attendance.For all attorneys who require a certificate of attendance, you can find a copy here.
Post work can be completed by signing into your NOSSCR account, going to the My Learning tab under the Continuing Education drop down menu, clicking on the Go to your Learning Center button and clicking on the Launch Post Work button under your learning items. Please enter in the code that was displayed during the corresponding session, then click next and then submit your session. More detailed instructions can be found here.
Please also note that the total number of credit hours that attendees can earn is subject to approval by each state’s MCLE board or Supreme Court. If you have any questions regarding the total number of credit hours eligible in your state, please contact alyssa.pimentel@nosscr.org.
