As one of the primary points of contact for member and public inquiries, Bernie strives to ensure every interaction is responsive, professional, and welcoming.

 

Drawing on more than 20 years of experience in customer service, nonprofit talent acquisition, and executive support, Bernie brings a versatile skill set and collaborative approach to her role. She assists with membership services, conference registration, website support, member communications, and a variety of administrative and operational functions that help keep the organization running smoothly.
