As Chief Strategy Officer at NOSSCR, Esterien plays a key role in shaping the organization’s strategic direction, driving operational efficiency, developing partnerships, and identifying opportunities for growth. Her responsibilities span corporate partnerships, sponsorships, revenue development, member experience, conference strategy, and cross-functional initiatives that strengthen NOSSCR’s long-term sustainability and impact.

Esterien brings extensive international experience in operations, portfolio management, and customer relationship management. Beginning her career as a production analyst, she progressed into roles overseeing operations and coordinating business activities across international markets, including the United Kingdom, Middle East, Australia, the Americas, and Africa. This experience has equipped her with a broad perspective on organizational strategy, business processes, and relationship management.

At NOSSCR, she oversees the development of corporate partnerships and sponsorship opportunities, contributes to the strategic planning and execution of national conferences and events, and leads initiatives designed to expand revenue streams and enhance the value of membership. She also works across departments to improve internal systems, streamline operations, and support organizational growth.

Esterien holds a BA in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics and a BCom Honors in Economics from the University of South Africa, where she achieved the second-highest national academic result for her BCom Honors in Economics.
