Esterien has extensive experience working with CRM software on an international level. She began her career as a production analyst and swiftly progressed to roles such as portfolio management and operations coordination for offices across multiple continents, covering international markets in the UK, Saudi Arabia, Gulf, Australia, Americas, and Africa.

She graduated cum laude from the University of South Africa, where she completed her undergraduate studies in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics, and her postgraduate studies included a BCom Honors in Economics.

Her NOSSCR responsibilities include the leadership and management of the client services team, ensuring they receive the necessary training and guidance to perform effectively. Esterien is actively involved in the development and implementation of customer service procedures, aiming to address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally.

In addition to customer service, Esterien spearheads the management and administration of NOSSCR’s AMS and LMS software implementation, taking measures to ensure its effectiveness as a sales platform and its role in enhancing the value of a NOSSCR membership.

Furthermore, she manages the logistics and technology pertaining to both online and in-person events. She plays a crucial role in the pre-planning of the Annual Conference. During events, she troubleshoots and provides technical support, and subsequent to the events, she meticulously analyses post-event feedback and data to provide comprehensive insights and recommendations for enhancing future events.
