In June, the Supreme Court overruled Chevron U. S. A. Inc. v. Natural Resources Defense Council, Inc., 467 U.S. 837, 104 S.Ct. 2778, 81 L.Ed.2d 694 (1984). See Loper Bright Enterprises v. Raimondo, No. 22-1219, 2024 WL 3208360 (U.S. June 28, 2024). What does that mean? And how will that affect my practice? In this session, we will look at Chevron deference, the Court’s decision in Loper Bright, and how Loper Bright will affect our clients’ disability claims.
