The remedy of last resort is to file for mandamus in federal court. As is often the case, your preparation is the most important part. We will discuss the steps you can take to get SSA to move on claims and fees without filing in court. And, if you can’t get SSA to move, how to get the courts to help. We will discuss the requirements for mandamus and provide a written outline and templates.
