Register for CAPACITY ’26, the Disability Law Tech Summit (Nov. 12, Free)
September 25, 2026
We are proud to present CAPACITY ’26, a free virtual Disability Law Tech Summit on Thursday, November 12, from 12 to 5pm Eastern, produced by Chronicle.
The idea behind the day: most firms already have more capacity than they are using. It hides in the hours spent on each case, the cases a firm turns down, and the relationships it already has.
The summit is one afternoon on where that capacity sits and how disability firms are using technology to get it back without adding headcount to match.
What is on the agenda:
- An opening practitioner panel with Diane Haar (Hawaii Disability Legal Services), Will Viner (Viner Disability Law) and Kaitlyn Newell (Carmichael Law Group), on the specific decisions they made instead of hiring.
- Education sessions with Benny, LexMed, Konoski & Partners and Chronicle, covering how technology can assist with intake, getting through a long record, reviewing more files than a team can read, and the client status calls that fill a case manager’s week.
- A closing panel with PR Legal Marketing, Konoski & Partners and Chronicle, with time for your questions.
It is free, and open to anyone working in disability law: attorneys, non-attorney representatives, paralegals, case managers, intake and operations staff, and firm owners. Every registrant gets the recordings, and $500+ in prizes will be given away live, including a pair of AirPods Pros.
