Our office is currently seeking a Social Security Disability Attorney to join our highly productive practice. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative law, work well in a team, have strong communication skills, be compassionate, and have a high standard of ethics.

Remote Social Security Disability Attorney Responsibilities include:

• Prepare for clients’ hearings by analyzing the cases and interpreting the laws
• Conduct pre-hearings with clients to review case information and advise clients of court processes
• Evaluate findings and develop strategies and arguments for case presentation
• Do an outline of the case with medical evidence
• Represent clients regarding their claim
• Attend virtual hearings
• Assist other team members with questions and/or client concerns
