We are currently hiring for a take charge Paralegal with deep experience in the area of SSDI at all levels from new applications and up and through hearings and appeal.

We are looking for a lead paralegal to have the experience to hit the ground running and know how to handle all aspects of SSDI case management including case screening, ordering medical records, case development, communication directly with DDS and OHO as well as deep experience in communicating with clients.

Ideally this person will have experience with Prevail Case management and can step into a busy practice and join a team of three to four other paralegals and work effectively as a team and be able to assume a leadership position in a busy SSDI/SSI practice.
