NOSSCR’s Fall National Conference is headed to Salt Lake City, Utah, October 13-16, 2026 — and we want you to bring your colleagues, your family, and your sense of adventure.

The conference kicks off Tuesday morning, October 13 and wraps up mid-day Friday, October 16, but we’ve secured a few select rooms in our hotel room block the weekend before and the weekend after, so come early or stay late and enjoy our discounted group rate. October in Utah is spectacular: crisp mountain air, peak fall foliage, and no shortage of things to do.

Bring the kids (or have them join you Friday morning) and enjoy a special fall-tastic long weekend. Salt Lake City’s Natural History Museum of Utah spans five floors of incredible paleontology and Utah history. Or take a quick trip to Snowbird, just 30 minutes from downtown, and enjoy a mountain roller coaster, alpine slide, ropes course, and a scenic tram ride to 11,000-foot Hidden Peak. The Heber Valley Railroad runs fall foliage train rides throughout October, complete with pumpkin cookies and a pumpkin patch outing. And Antelope Island State Park on the Great Salt Lake makes for an unforgettable day trip.
