Client Success Manager II

Location: Los Angeles, CA (Century City)

The successful candidate will be an experienced Intake agent assisting claimants for SSA benefits (SSI/SSDI) within established guidelines.  Responsibilities include telephone screenings, completing applications, follow-up with claimants and governmental workers for successful completion of cases, submitting applications to appropriate offices, updating information in computer database, and performs miscellaneous related duties as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, but are not limited to:

  • Communicate with individuals primarily via inbound or outbound calls (no cold calling!), email, and in person;
  • Understand and educate consumers on their rights and how the organization may be able to help them;
  • Input key client and case data into the organization’s database using customer relationship management software, ensuring accuracy of information;
  • Brief analysis and review of a variety of documents;
  • Meet deadlines (email response time, phone volume, etc.) for client follow-up to ensure an optimal client experience, and;
  • Ability to meet daily, weekly, and monthly team goals as they pertain to client service metrics.

 

QUALITIES/SKILLS needed to successfully perform job duties and responsibilities.

  • Minimum 3-5 years prior experience in the Social Security Disability Benefits administration arena.
  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to communicate with clients in both verbal and written form
  • Punctual and reliable
  • Ability to convey an energetic, confident, empathetic, professional, and amicable demeanor
  • A good, positive, team playing attitude
  • Ability to multi-task while maintaining accuracy in and attention to detail
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and heavy call volume environment
  • Ability to communicate effectively with those of all levels within an organization
  • Excellent and accurate typing skills, min. 45 WPM
  • Proficient using Microsoft Office, Zoom and general office equipment
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds

WORK ENVIRONMENT

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently exposed to general office conditions. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high.
